Our Team
Owner – Yiqiang Huang
Yiqiang Huang was granted a bachelor’s degree in mechanical design and manufacturing. All of Huang’s working background is in the manufacturing environment. He spent almost 10 years as Quality Control Engineer in Machinery and Automative industries. Thus, he knows how to use various types of measurement tools to inspect CNC machining products and ISO 9000 Quality Management System.
During the last 5 years, Huang has focused on CNC Machining industries.
Firstly, Huang worked as QC inspecting CNC machining products for one year.
Following, he operated different brand of CNC Machines like Hass, Doosan and DMG from 3-axis to 5-axis. Thus, Huang can run machine complex products with tight tolerance and accuracy independently.
Then, Huang specialized in CNC programing, fixture and machining procedure design. The CAM software he familiarly used to program is Mastercam 2022.
Now, Huang has the capability to manipulate the whole procedure of CNC machining and successfully work out CNC products based on customer drawing independently.
Owner Spouse – Kathy Liu
Kathy Liu worked as a Design Engineer – Mechanical Product for 5 years. The CAD software she is familiar to use includes AutoCAD, Solid Word and Proe. During the last 2 years, Kathy has taken the role of Sale Engineer for a Sheet Metal and Precision Machining company. She provides excellent service to customers and builds good relationships with various customers for the industries of Semiconductor, Medical Device, Energy and Transportation, which would be great help to Ritz Manufacturing business with the startup stage.
